Hello, everyone! My name is Mercedes Carbajal, and I’m proud to be Head of Operations at Texas Quality Plumbing. I’ve worked alongside my husband, Joe Carbajal, President of Texas Quality Plumbing, for 17 years, supporting the business's back-end operations. We've been happily married for 30 years, and I'm incredibly grateful to share this journey with him. Together, we have two wonderful sons: Angel, 29, our Warehouse Manager, and Chris, 20, our Team Lead Manager.
Beyond the office, I enjoy vacationing, socializing, exercising, relaxing, attending church, and spending time with family. I’m also passionate about staying updated in the plumbing industry through conferences and exploring new technologies that enhance our work.
