Unfortunately\, many children live in book-free homes.\n\n \n\nAlpha Kappa Alpha Sorority\, Inc.   - Alpha Alpha Eta Omega Chapter is committed to creating and promoting a culture of literacy in our community by providing children from low-income families with a choice of free books to build their personal home libraries\, so that they become more engaged readers. We are striving to empower and equip families with the tools to have continuous and intentional engagement with books in their home.
