Dedicated to fueling the Texas economy through strategic workforce education, she connects local employers with community colleges and the Gulf Coast Workforce Board to fund critical, high-impact job training. Natalie manages premier state programs, including the Skills Development Fund and Skills for Small Business grants, ensuring local companies have the resources to improve their workforce. She has been with TWC since 2021, bringing more than a decade of expertise in grant management and workforce development. Based in Houston, she offers direct, localized support to the Gulf Coast business community.
