Bio:
James Singleton has been married for twenty years and is the proud father of five children, ages 18 to 7. He spent 15 years with the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office, where he served as Captain of Arson Investigation. Today, he is the Director of IT for the Spring Fire Department, leading efforts to modernize an aging technology system. As Mayor of Jersey Village, he works to provide vision while focusing on fiscal responsibility, community development, and long-term planning. With over two decades of leadership in public safety, technology, and local government, James brings both professional and personal commitment to serving his community.
