Bio:
Michele Wilkins graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Geography and a Master of Applied Geography ? Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University. After working in consulting, environmental non-profit, and county government focusing on water resources and mitigation banking, Michele joined TxDOT and is currently working as an Environmental Specialist and UAS Coordinator for the Environmental Affairs Division.
