Annual Tunnel to Towers 5k Run & Walk in Cypress

Help us honor all 2,977 who gave their lives on September 11, 2001, and all those who have served and continue to as the guardians of our country and communities. 

Born out of the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been providing mortgage free homes to our fallen first responder and Gold Star families, as well as custom designed mortgage-free smart homes to our catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. 

It is through these efforts that we discovered that there are more than 35,000 unhoused Veterans at any given time, and we are committed to ERADICATING Veteran Homelessness across the United States. 
We began this effort by purchasing a previous hospitality building and completely renovating it to provide independent, dignified, permanent housing solutions with 24 hour wrap around supportive solutions. Today, our Tunnel to Towers Houston Veterans Village houses more than 130 previously unhoused veterans. 
As of December 2024, our program has provided housing and services to more than 10,000 across the U.S.
