Spread the Word: HOUSTON - Oct. 12, 2026 - PRLog -- HOUSTON — Community members looking to better understand their health will have an opportunity to hear from a multidisciplinary panel at Twice Alive — The 360 Health Experience, taking place Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. at AllNatt Venue, 3686 Barker Cypress Road, Suite 140, Houston, TX 77084. Doors open at 4:30 p.m., and tickets are $20. With the theme "Real conversations. Practical strategies. A healthier you," the community health and wellness event will bring several areas of well-being into one discussion. Topics include fitness and movement, nutrition and metabolic health, hormones and longevity, mental health and wellness, and community connection. The featured panel includes: Harry Fairman, FNP-BC — hormone optimization panelist. Heather Horsley, ISSA, PT, NC — personal trainer panelist. Dr. Adeeb Khalfe — physical therapy panelist. Tami Maloney, NASM-C — nutritionist panelist. Lauren Pichardo, NLP-C — mental health panelist. Dr. Danielle Hughes, MBA, DNP, APRN — primary care panelist. Brandi Bass will serve as emcee and moderator. The panel discussion and live audience Q&A will create space for attendees to ask questions and explore how different aspects of health connect.
