Lisbeth Janelle is a member of the teaching staff at Shaka Power Yoga. She is also the founder and CEO (Chief Excitement Officer) of her own company, a company focused on transforming workplaces through mindfulness and social impact and has you covered to help you and your team use mindfulness as a strategy to get present to all the creative solutions in your path.She believes Presence Drives Innovation. As a former oil and gas overachiever turned entrepreneur, she understands the pressures these new world changes have brought on. Taking a deep dive into mindfulness and how it can support business, she completed a masters degree in Positive, Leadership, Strategy, and Transformation from IE University in Madrid and has over 1500 hours of teaching and training in yoga, meditation, and mindful leadership. She is passionate about using fun, easy-to-integrate practices in your day to transform energy and mindset of yourself and your team to innovatively navigate this time.
