Bilingual Staffing Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Recruiting Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will serve as the key point of contact between our company and our customers, helping them understand and benefit from our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep leads aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Prospect for new business via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Knock on doors and visit industrial parks, warehouses, and local businesses
• Set up and attend client meetings with decision-makers (HR, Ops, Plant Managers)
• Learn to pitch staffing solutions (temp, temp-to-hire, direct hire)
• Support senior sales/account managers during onboarding or fulfillment
• Shadow recruiting team to understand candidate side of the business

?Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
