We offer a technology-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service for time-starved consumers. We pick-up, wash, dry, and fold laundry to customers’ exact specifications and return it the next day.

Position Overview
Join our rapidly expanding commercial sales team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting to generate leads and opportunities.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-motivated professional ready to drive business growth through strategic prospecting and lead generation. You'll identify and win new commercial opportunities while working independently to support our local and national expansion.
What You'll Do
Lead Management & Generation
- Organize and manage targeted lead lists using ZoomInfo and company contact databases
- Work with curated lists including attrited customers and non-converting signups
- Create and develop new lead lists to expand prospecting reach
- Maintain detailed records and organize all prospect information
Outbound Engagement
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Identify and qualify decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct needs analysis and assess customer fit
- Follow up consistently and professionally until account creation
Account Creation & Customer Handoff
- Guide prospects through the sign-up process
- Create accounts on behalf of customers when appropriate
- Ensure smooth transitions to the customer service team
- Provide comprehensive onboarding support
Target Industries
- Wellness: Massage studios, chiropractic offices, medical spas, dental practices
- Short-Term Rentals: Vacation property management, boutique hotels
- Growing Verticals: Retail locations, healthcare support services, event catering, veterinary clinics, and emerging industries
Compensation & Structure
- Commission: $43 per new Monthly Active Customer (MAC)
- MAC Definition: New sign-up that has completed its first service
- Reviews & Payouts: Weekly on Tuesdays
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
· A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business
· Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
· Experience and previous success with prospecting and selling via phone
· Must be a self-starter who is able to drive yourself towards goals
· Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone
· Comfortable with detailed conversations both at a business and a technical level
· Strong written and verbal communication, time management skills, and team orientation towards success
· Ability to build internal cross-functional relationships.
· Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and “standard” inside sales tools is a plus.
