Super Birthday Bash Team Member

As the Birthday Party and Class Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our Super Birthday Bashes—each one a carefully crafted, team-led experience with instructor-led activities that spark creativity, laughter, and wonder. When you’re not bringing parties to life, you’ll also help lead our engaging classes for toddlers and preschoolers.

You’ll be the heart of the celebration—coordinating staff, greeting families, leading activities, and ensuring every party is seamless and magical. You’ll also provide outstanding customer service at the membership desk, connecting with families and sharing the magic of Romp n Roll.

What We’re Looking For:

• A vibrant, energetic personality that lights up the room
• Experience working with young children—teaching, leading activities, or similar
• Comfort performing in front of groups—singing, dancing, and leading activities
• Team-player mindset and ability to coordinate multiple staff members
• Customer service skills to ensure every family feels welcome and valued
• Quick learner who adapts easily in a fast-paced, fun environment

Availability:

• Must be available weekends (birthday party days) and some weekdays (preferred, not required)
• Willing to be on call to cover additional shifts if needed
