Description
Speaker: Sergio Razo, Operations Manager & Client Relations - Costello Safety Consulting, LLC
Topic: Enhancing Workforce Readiness Through Safety Training
Bio:
As the Operations Manager & Client Relations at Costello Safety Consulting, I specialize in managing an extensive network of clients and consultants, ensuring top-notch service delivery in the field of safety training and consultation. My career, spanning over a decade, is marked by a strong foundation in sales and customer satisfaction, enriched by my tenure as the Owner and Head Instructor of a Martial Arts School. Here, my leadership and training skills shone, with all students achieving state championship status and one securing a world championship.
Although my educational journey began with aspirations for a Doctorate in Pharmacy, my path took a meaningful turn towards safety education, where I have excelled in imparting training across various industries. This pivot reflects my adaptability and commitment to continuous learning, underscored by my accumulation of numerous safety-related certifications.
My achievements in martial arts are a testament to my dedication and skill, with five world titles to my name and the honor of representing Team USA. Translating this discipline to my professional life, I have authored comprehensive safety outlines for major projects, including a pivotal report for the Samsung Semiconductor project identifying OSHA violations. My expertise also extends to conducting OSHA abatements and incident investigations, further solidifying my role as a safety authority.
Outside of work, my passions include traveling, learning, reading, engaging in various sports, and playing the guitar. These interests not only enrich my life but also foster a well-rounded perspective that I bring to my professional endeavors.
I firmly believe in Aristotle's philosophy: "We are what we repeatedly do, excellence then is not an act, but a habit." This belief drives my commitment to excellence in every facet of my professional and personal life.
