Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

We're looking for an energetic and dependable Assistant Manager/Instructor who will help lead our team, inspire young children, and ensure every family leaves smiling.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging classes for children ages 3 months to 5 years using our structured curriculum.
- Support daily operations and help ensure the center runs smoothly and consistently.
- Motivate, coach, and encourage fellow team members while leading by example.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to every child and every family, every day.
- Help execute events, birthday parties, camps, and special programming with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members and confidently promote our programs and memberships.
- Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Follow established processes while helping create structure and accountability within the team.
- Step into leadership responsibilities as needed to support the Center Director and operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children in education, childcare, camps, recreation, or enrichment programs.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience is a plus.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and actively participate in classes and events.

Schedule: Part time, including some evenings and weekends.
Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour with opportunities for growth based on performance and leadership.

- Do you have reliable transportation to commute to Romp n' Roll Cypress?
- How many years of experience do you have working directly with children (teaching, childcare, camps, coaching, recreation, or similar)?
- How many years of experience do you have in a leadership or supervisory role?
- Have you worked in a customer service or sales focused position?
- Are you comfortable enthusiastically recommending memberships, camps, birthday parties, and other programs to families?
- Our classes involve a high level of energy, movement, singing and engagement. Describe how you envision your ability to lead classes. What relevant experience would you like to share?
- This position requires schedule flexibility, including morning, evening and weekend shifts. Please describe your availability.
- Are you available to work weekends on a regular basis?
- Our scheduling needs may change based on camps, birthday parties, and special events. How flexible are you with occasional schedule changes?
- This role requires active participation including dancing, running, lifting equipment, and getting on the floor with children. Are you able to perform these duties?
