Front Desk Agent – Full Time & Part Time (immediate Hiring)

Best Western Champions Forest Inn & Suites is hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays an important role in creating a positive experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, processing payments, and responding to guest requests. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in the hotel system and providing excellent customer service.
